- In an effort to reduce the Grand Americas carbon
footprint high commodity items are purchased locally,
allowing for less fossil fuel and distribution
by-products. Our Pastry Kitchen helps in our effort to
reduce the carbon footprint by using local organic
flours and producing, on property, such items as breads,
pastries, bagels, muffins and cookies.
- We have received the highest level of energy
conservation initiative rebates from Rocky Mountain
Power since 2003, this is currently 80% of kilowatts per
